All registrations are non-refundable. Because seating is extremely limited and instructors prepare materials based on confirmed attendance, we are unable to issue refunds for any reason.

Substitutions: A substitution within the same company, agency, or department is permitted at no charge. Requests may be submitted up to one (1) week prior to the event. A full registration form for the substitute attendee must be completed to process name badges and training certificates.
